Angela Moneda was born in Thessaloniki, Greece, in 1977.

In 2001 she received the Diploma of Electrical and Computer Engineering from the same department of the Faculty of Engineering, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. In the same department she completed her Ph.D. thesis entitled "Dyadic Green Functions of non-spherical objects. Microwave, Biomedical & Optical Applications".

From 2001 to 2013 she worked as a laboratory and scientific associate of the Department of Electronics, Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki.
During the academic years 2008-2010 she was a Lecturer (407/80) at the Department of Informatics & Telecommunications Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, University of Western Macedonia.

From February 2013 to June 2015 she worked at the IT Center of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, as a project manager of the "AUTh Open Academic Courses" (NSRF - Operational Programme for Lifelong Learning).

Since June 29, 2015 she is in the Public Service at the Archaeological Museum of Thessaloniki.

Her research interests are in propagation and scattering of electromagnetic waves and biological effects of radiowaves. Ms. Moneda has 12 publication in international scientific journals and conferences with referees, and more than 60 citations.

She has excellent knowledge of the English language and is a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece since 2001.
