The Department of Technical Support and Museography is responsible for:

1. Any administrative issues, personnel and internal operations, mail and contact with other institutions and the public, financial issues, statistical data, protocol and archives.
2. technical works and conservation of facilities and building infrastructure of the Museum and its surroundings, in association with the Services of the Directorate of Anastylosis, Museums and Technical Works of the Ministry.
3. the maintenance of all electronic, electric and mechanical systems of the Museum
4. the museographic design and the technical support of the Museum exhibitions
5. the official car and other machinery 
6. the security and guarding of the exhibition halls and the storerooms
7. the functionality, sanitation and  order in the museum
