BioMuse | From bone fragments to human stories

Ten people of the past, from the Mesolithic to the Byzantine period. Ten fascinating stories.

The temporary exhibition showcases part of the results of the international research project BioMuse. Its goal is to digitize, document, and preserve valuable biological and cultural heritage data and to reconstruct through cutting-edge technologies the daily life, diet, and genetic history of actual humans who lived in Greece for the last 11,000 years
