The State Conservatory of Thessaloniki continues at the Archaeological Museum of Thessaloniki with a tribute concert dedicated to the music of French composer Gabriel Fauré, performed by the Thessaloniki Trio, featuring distinguished local artists Evi Delfinopoulou (violin), Dimitris Patras (cello), and Marilena Liakopoulou (piano).

The evening’s rich program includes works for solo piano, violin and piano, cello and piano, and the renowned Trio in D minor. Freshness, vitality, lyricism, and tender melodies underpinned by rich – often unconventional – harmonic foundations are the hallmarks of Fauré's work, particularly in his chamber music compositions.
